Curtis Granderson helps millions of people in his community via the Grand Kids foundation

Curtis Granderson is a MLB player who is a world-class citizen in addition to being a great baseball player. He’s the founder of the Grand Kids foundation, which has helped raise over 35 million meals for kids and has introduced over 2 million kids to the fun sport of baseball.

Also he’s won the 2016 Roberto Clemente award for being such as a positive role model who represents baseball in a very admirable way. He has created a state-of-the-art baseball field at the University Of Illinois at Chicago. It’s a field that’s played on by nearly 10,000 kids every year.
